How can I order?

All jewelry is made to order or available in limited stock. You can order easily via: Zalo, WhatsApp or Instagram DM (@bejewel.leah). Just send me a message with the piece(s) you like and I’ll guide you through the process.

How do I pay?

I accept payment via bank transfer, Wise, or other convenient methods depending on your location (Vietnam or international). I will share the details after we confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Vietnam: 2–5 days (depending on location)
International: 7–14 days (via standard tracked shipping)
Exact shipping cost will be calculated based on your location.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes! I love creating custom jewelry. Send me your ideas, preferred stones, colors or sizes and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

What about returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handcrafted with care, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons and made-to-order nature.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 48 hours with photos and I will do my best to resolve it.

Are the gemstones real?

Yes, all stones are natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, or high-quality crystals. No plastic or synthetic imitations.

Jewelry care

To keep your piece looking beautiful:
- Avoid water, perfume, lotions and chemicals
- Store in a dry place, preferably in the pouch I send with your order
- Gently clean with a soft cloth
